We supply a full range of Fluid End Spare Parts for triplex and duplex mud pumps. With coverage for major OEM pump models, including National, Gardner Denver, EMSCO, Oilwell, Ideco, Bomco, Wirth, Weatherford, and FMC. All our spare parts provide OEM-equivalent dimensions. Below is a part-by-part breakdown of what we offer.
1. Fluid End Module (Block)
The fluid end module is the forged-alloy-steel housing that holds all working components of the fluid end. We carry both module assemblies (fully dressed with valves, liners, and seals) and bare Fluid End Modules. Both one-piece and two-piece configurations are available across the common pressure ratings.
Available in: 5,000 psi and 7,500 psi ratings; standard and custom configurations.
2. Mud Pump Liners
We offer 2 types of Liners: High Chrome Liners and Zirconia Ceramic Liners.
- Chrome Steel Liners— No less than 26% chrome steel construction, bore hardness 60–64 HRC, rated to 7,500 psi. Surface finish ID 16–20 RMS. Typical service life up to 1,000 pump hours. A reliable, economical option for standard drilling conditions.
- Zirconia Ceramic Liners— Zirconia Ceramic sleeve, rated to 7,500 psi. Service life up to 5,000 pump hours. Re-honorable for further extended service. Preferred for high-solids, harsh working conditions.
Our technical team can suggest the right liner specification based on your mud weight, solids content, and operating pressure.
3. Pistons
We provide rubber and premium urethane pistons for both standard and harsh environments. Our high-performance urethane pistons withstand temperatures up to 120 °C.
Standard rubber pistons are cost-effective for everyday drilling applications across all major pump models.
Compound selection is confirmed for the specific mud system and operating conditions on request.
4. Piston Rods
Piston rods are machined from high-quality alloy steel and supplied in both standard and quick-connect configurations. Quick-connect and self-aligning rod designs significantly reduce field change-out time. (MISSION Self-Aligning Pirston Rod, 2020)
We stock rods to OEM dimensions for all major pump platforms, covering both 5,000 psi and 7,500 psi fluid end assemblies.
5. Valve Assemblies
We supply complete valve assemblies for both suction and discharge positions. Each assembly includes:
- Valve body (disk)— Hardened alloy steel or polymer-faced, dimensions are interchangeable with OEM components.
- Valve seat— Press-fit design, Tungsten Carbide faced for maximum resistance to erosive wear in abrasive mud.
- Valve insert ( Rubber or Urethane )— Elastomeric sealing element bonded to the valve disk; compound matched to fluid chemistry on request.
- Valve spring— Precision-rated coil spring; supplied individually or as part of a complete assembly kit.
- Valve guide— Centers the valve disk on the seat amid cyclic loading, preventing off-axis impact that accelerates seat wear.
We strongly recommend replacing the full assembly — disk, seat, spring, and guide together — at each service interval. Individual components are also available separately.
6. Valve Covers & Retainer Hardware
Valve covers are supplied with matched pressure-rated gaskets and O-ring seals. Available in threaded and stud-retained configurations that fit different pump models. All cover assemblies are rated to full working pressure. Studs, nuts, and retainer hardware are stocked for field replacement of individual fasteners.
7. Pony Rod Seals / Stuffing Box Packing
We supply Pony Rod Seals and complete stuffing box packing sets in three compound options:
- HNBR— Oil-based mud, brine, and elevated temperature applications.
- Buna-N— Standard water-based mud service in moderate temperature conditions.
- FKM (Viton)— High-temperature and aggressive liquid environments.
Advanced seal designs with integrated exclude wiper elements are available for extended service life in high-wear applications. Pony rod seal failure consequences are disproportionate to the seal’s cost — replace it promptly.
8. Wear Plates
We supply hardened wear plates as direct drop-in replacements for all major fluid end block configurations. Wear plates protect the valve bore face from progressive impact erosion, greatly extending block service life. Standard dimensions are stocked; custom-machined plates are available for non-standard block designs on request.
9. Seals, O-Rings & Gasket Kits
We supply complete fluid end seal kits, including:
- Liner retention O-rings and backup rings
- Valve cover gaskets and O-rings
- Discharge cross and manifold flange seals
- Piston rod packing sets
- Stuffing box seal elements
All seal compounds are specified according to application requirements. HNBR and FKM for oil-based mud and HPHT conditions; Buna-N for standard water-based mud service. Kits are organized by pump model for easy ordering and inventory management.
10. Suction & Discharge Manifolds
We supply suction and discharge manifolds for most pump models, in both 5,000 psi and 7,500 psi configurations.
Standard OEM replacement manifolds are stocked for common pump platforms.
Custom builds — including integral dampener port designs and alternative flange connection layouts — are available with lead time confirmation.
