Process Steps
We truly care about our customers
Quotation:
Upon receiving inquiry or requirement from customer, firstly check the specifications is enough and clear. If no deviation, engineering team will work on price calculating; or will confirm with customers about the details and then proceed. Also logistic department checks the best freight cost if CFR or CIF offer is preferred.
Order:
Once P.O released, sales team firstly check and make sure everything is same with the quotation and technical points confirmed. Then P.O passed to account department and issue Proforma Invoice to customer. For the down hole products like stabilizers, technical drawings also are provided for customers’ confirmation.
Production:
Once everything in order confirmed OK, order and all related technical documents like drawings will be released to the production team to make production plan, prepare raw material and produce.
Inspection:
MPT, UT, Dimensions, Thread or vision inspection are carried out according the API standards or confirmed technical specifications and made both internal record for traceability also quality test certificate will be sent to customers by email and another copy delivered with goods as per customers’ request.
Shipping:
Packing is done after all inspections finished and everything proved OK. Well designed packing for different kinds products is for protecting the goods from damage or hurts during long time transportation. Customized packing is acceptable.

For each order, besides the process inspections, final inspection is carried out after production finished to double confirm the dimensions, thread, material specifications etc. all qualified as per industry standards and technical specifications.
We also provide TPI service upon customers request.
For the products and equipment that Haige provides, customers get lifetime free service for operation instructions, maintenance instructions or manuals by documents, video or by phone calls are all available upon customers’ request, and these all for free.
For some special equipment, if customers prefer on-site training, field operation training, or equipment maintenance on field, engineers or technicians could be sent at the cost of customers.
