Polished rod is an important link for connecting between the pumping unit and rod string in the oil well. It is the uppermost joint in the string of sucker rods used in a rod pump artificial-lift system. Materials available in Alloy steel AISI4130 or AISI4142 and Stainless Steel 304 or 316 with an excellent surface finish to ensure proper seal in stuffing box. Body Diameter could be 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" with wide length ranges from 8ft up to 40ft.maximum. We also provide the Polished Rods with Chrome Coating for sour service. Polished, chromed and metalized options available.

Hiage provides pipe handling rotary tools like Rotary Slips, Drill Collar Slips, Safety Clamp and Tongs. The Rotary Slips are available in DU and SD types and handle tubulars from 2 3/8” to 7”. These Drill Pipe Slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear. DU Rotary Slip comes in DU-R ( Regular ) and DU-L ( Long ) types. DU regular has a 12" long gripping surface and is designed for wells 8000 feet or less. DU Long has a 16" long gripping surface and is designed for deep wells and heavier drill strings. SD Rotary Slips are available in SDS, SDML, SDXL for different gripping lengths.

Rotary Subs are made from 4145H Modified Steel Alloy with quenched and tempered to 285 ~ 341 Brinell Hardness as per API Spec. 7-1. They can be used to crossover from connection size to another or as the disposable component used to extend the connection life of a more expensive drill stem member. Crossover Sub ( X-over Sub) The Crossover Sub is for crossing one connection of BHA over to another connection. Lifting Sub Lifting Sub enables the safe efficient handling of straight OD tubulars such as drill collars shock tools jars directional equipment and other tools by using the drill pipe elevators. Saver Sub Saver Sub is attached to the bottom of the Top Drive System or Kelly Bar. Those two spots are where the drilling string is made up or broke out most frequently. That means the Sub receives most amount of wear. The Sub is easily repaired or replaced an extra saver sub in rotation is good to protect the Kelly . Straight OD Sub Straight OD Sub is used to connect drill stem tools that have a similar outside diameter. The drill bit downhole tools heavy weight drill pipe and drill pipe can be crossed over using a straight OD sub. Reduced Section Sub Reduced Section Sub is used to connect drill stem tools which have different diameters that warrant the cross-sectional change necessary to accommodate different connections. This sub would be used to crossover large OD drilling tools or a tapered drill collar string.

Safety Clamps are necessary tools for handling drill collars, flush joint pipes and small shoulder pipes. The Safety Clamps can work for different sizes of pipes by changing the quantity of chain links. Haige provides Type T Safety Clamp, Type C Safety Clamp and Type MP Safety Clamp to handle tubular sizes from 1 1/8” to 42”.

Stop Collar also called Stop Ring, it is used to hold casing centralizer or the other casing attachments in a fixed position without moving. Types are available: Hinged Bolted Stop Collar Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar Hinged Stop Collar with Set Screws Slip on Stop Collar with Set Screws Size range from 4-1/2” to 20”.

Haige Steel Sucker Rods and Pony Rods are manufactured from hot rolled alloy steel bars. Rod bar and sucker rod dimensions and tolerances conform to API Specification 11B. The Sucker Rods are available in body diameters: 5/8” (15.88 mm), 3/4” (19.05 mm), 7/8” (22.23 mm), 1” (25.4 mm), 1-1/8” (25.58 mm) as per API Specification. 1 1/4” (31.75mm) and 1 1/2” (38.1mm) Rods are provided as well for changing requirement of international market. Sucker rods normal length: 25ft (7.62m) or 30ft (9.14m) Pony rods in length 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, 10ft,15ft or customized length for option. We offers Grade D Sucker Rods made by AISI4130 or AISI4142 Alloy Steel, D Special and Ultra High Strength Sucker Rods by AISI4138M or AISI4330M.
