Haige offers Fluid End Modules are made of premium quality alloy steel, heated and forged for high performance. Each Fluid End Module is precisely machined by CNC and strictly inspected. Haige Fluid End Module comes in one or two piece configuration and design pressure up to 7,500 PSI.

Haige offers two types of Mud Pump Liners, High Chrome Liners and Zirconia Ceramic Liners. They are designed to work for drilling operations up to 7,500 PSI. The outer shell is manufactured from high strength steel and heat-treated to provide optimum mechanical properties. The inner sleeve with high chrome content to offer excellent resistance to wear. Haige’s High Chrome Liners are available in sizes 4” to 7 1/2” to fit most major Mud Pumps ( EMSCO, Gardner Denver, National, Oilwell, Continental, Ideco, Drillmec etc ).

Haige’s Mud Pump Parts also includes Valve Lock Covers, Cylinder Head Threaded Rings, Cylinder Head Plugs, Valve Cover Plugs, Upper Valve Guides, Lower Valve Guides, Liner Threaded Rings, Liner Locks, Wear Plates. These are 100% interchangeable with OEM parts of all major pump models.

Haige Valves and Seats are made of one-piece premium forged alloy steel with deep carburized wear surface. They are available in Full Open Valves and Seats, 3 web and 4 web vales and seats. Full open Valve and Seat are designed for maximum flow characteristics. It enables uniform fluid end loading, leading to a longer fluid end life.

Haige offers two types of Mud Pump Liners, High Chrome Liners and Zirconia Ceramic Liners. They are designed to work for drilling operations up to 7,500 PSI. The Zirconia Ceramic Liners are with ultimate performance, superior impact strength, durability, and better resistance to heat and corrosion. Working life of Zirconia Liner is up to 6,000 hours. They are recommended for harsh environment. It provides significant longer service life and lifetime cost saving. Haige’s Zirconia Ceramic Liners are available in sizes 4” to 7 1/2” to fit most major Mud Pumps ( EMSCO, Gardner Denver, National, Oilwell, Continental, Ideco, Drillmec etc ).
