Polished rod is an important link for connecting between the pumping unit and rod string in the oil well. It is the uppermost joint in the string of sucker rods used in a rod pump artificial-lift system.
Materials available in Alloy steel AISI4130 or AISI4142 and Stainless Steel 304 or 316 with an excellent surface finish to ensure proper seal in stuffing box.
