Haige Integral Blades Drilling Stabilizers are manufactured from AISI4145H modified Alloy Steel fully heat treated to Brinell hardness 285 ~ 341 and 41ft.ls (55 J) min. Impact strength.
The Integral Blade Stabilizer is a one piece rotating stabilizer which can be placed either near bit or up in the drill sting the blades could be straight or spiral.
We provide full ranges of hardfacing types to satisfy different drilling requirements, they are available with HF1000, HF2000, HF3000, HF4000, HF5000, HF6000.
Hardfacing Types:
HF1000 – Crushed Tungsten Carbide
HF2000 – Trapezoidal Tungsten Carbide
HF3000 – Tungsten Carbide Inserts in a powder spray deposit ideal for abrasive formations recommended for Non Magnetic Stabilizers
HF4000- Button Type Tungsten Carbide Inserts
HF5000 – Tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes held in nickel chrome matrix.
Surface hardness levels over 40H RC. Ideal for GEO-THERMAL applications over 350°C.
